The dual injection machine has two separate pots with standard electric mixers witch allows for single or dual injection.
This system is for use with ( Vinyl plastisol only ) .

The initial heat up time is around 25 - 30 minutes depending on the tempature you use and then the machine will maintain at temperature after the initial heating time.
The custom heat controller and electronic thermometer are used to control & monitor the plastic temperature. The plastic can be heated directly inside the machine or in presto pot to increase production. Color & additives can be added to the plastic in the machine and will be properly mixed.
Results will vary when injecting two colors baits depending on the mold layout.
I can guarantee that two full injections of plastisol of different colors will flow out of the nozzle, but I can not guarantee how the plastisol will flow inside the mold. You will need to do testing with your mold to figure out the best way to shoot the mold. Every mold may fill differently and those variances will have to be processed out with temperature & PSI adjustments to achieve your desired results.
